Hi all, Concerning financial statements mentioned by Ronny (if you are asked by the EU to provide them), the rule is to provide a Profit and loss account + a Balance sheet for the last 2 years (the most recent you have - as of now, probably 2023 and 2024: the ones your accountant provides, in your language). The documents must be "approved by the management of the entity" - just write that you, as manager, approve, and sign/stamp. You should also provide an external audit report (if available), or a self declaration "on the validity of the accounts" - available here: https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/docs/2021-2027/commo... (print, fill-in, sign/stamp). And do not worry too much whatever your financial situation is - good or bad - as long as you are not the coordinator: I asked the question to my NCP, in case. Most signatures are still missing on the declaration of honour. Can you all have a look at it and sign it? It seems that most of you have been asked to deliver their financial statements. Don't make the mistake that I made and think that you have to stress to deliver the 2025 financial year. Nobody can expect you to have that ready so soon. So the 2024 financial year is fine. Self-declaration is also fine. If you need an example for that, please send me a mail.
