Hi Ronny and all, Trying to sign, but I can't find out how. I edited OW2's roles in "Manage consortium" and now have the LSIGN role, but it does not seem to be sufficient. The documentation says that "The assignment of the LSIGN role is not sufficient: the role must be linked to a particular project (and thus becoming a Project Legal Signatory or PLSIGN for that project). Linking of the LSIGN to a project may be done by the Coordinator Contacts (CoCo) or Participant Contacts (PaCos)". I can't find any way to link my LSIGN role to the project (?) In terms of grant preparation: we will be transferring the project plan into the EC portal as usual. Meanwhile every organisation has to sign the Declaration of Honour. We'll reach out soon to schedule a kickoff meeting. If you run into anything, contact Ronny Lam (ronny@nlnet.nl).
Most signatures are still missing on the declaration of honour. Can you all have a look at it and sign it? It seems that most of you have been asked to deliver their financial statements. Don't make the mistake that I made and think that you have to stress to deliver the 2025 financial year. Nobody can expect you to have that ready so soon. So the 2024 financial year is fine. Self-declaration is also fine. If you need an example for that, please send me a mail.
Regards, Ronny.
