It can be difficult to get viewerjs working from Eclipse with the relative path as proposed on the viwerjs website.
I am now just putting viewer.js in the folder where the document to be displayed is.
Then using iframes and the javascript source include in the (jsp) html where the iframe is.
This is purely an Eclipse/Maven issue because in normal html on Tomcat it does work as expected.
I have tried putting the files in all sorts of places relative to a viewer.js script, but only this seems to work.

I send you the URL via your email address.

Apparently if someone has MSWord installed, the right document will open in MSWord (likely they have MSWord as the default app to open documents set in their browser)

If my browser is set to let MS wOrd open documents, it will do so and
prevent webodf from displaying the file in the website (iframe).

Hello Simon,

What browser do you use? What URL are you using for testing this?

Best regards,
Jos
